Certain parts of the structure may be concealed for security or corporate reasons. Employees now have the capability to hold multiple positions, reflecting the diverse roles they may play within the organization. This flexibility ensures that the structure accurately represents the company's operational dynamics.
Flexibility is at the core of the new design, facilitating the creation of departments and sub-departments, with the ability to relocate employees between positions. When employees transition to new positions, they are automatically removed from their previous department's chats and channels and integrated into the new ones.
