New settings page: now all the Inventory Management settings are placed on a separate page.

Enable Inventory Management option: conditions for enabling Bitrix24 Inventory Management for new and current users (the changes apply to the CRM modes and are required for stable work)

Initial settings for Inventory Management: left menu, stock reservation and adjustment applied directly in deals.
