Bitrix24 as project management platform for a Brazilian NGO

We use Bitrix24 to manage our projects from beginning to end, with everyone in the team having access to which step each project is in.
Background
Since we develop cultural project in schools and hospitals throughout Brazil, part of our team is always on the road and having an online solution to manage our projects and tasks was always important.
When the pandemic started, we were glad we were already managing our projects in a platform and that made our work a lot easier. However, we were missing to step up our management looking for tools that could bring the next level for us, such as CRM, something that could help us to analyze costs and productivity.
I even looked for ERP solutions, but found they were too complicated, expensive and that they wouldn't quite solve our problem.
Challenge
Of course, migrating from one platform to another was a major task force at ImageMagica. We did several meetings to clean our previous platform and to envision how we would migrate and personalize certain things at the new one, Bitrix24.
Solution
We use Tasks, Deals, and CRM as a whole to run our projects from beginning to end with everyone in the team having access to which step each project is.
So, it's full transparency for the team, and we feel they feel more confident in participating of this process.
