Since we started working with Bitrix24, we have been able to track our donors and have better communication with them.

Background

The Franciscan Missionary Secretariat of MUTIMA was founded in 2012 as a mission office in the Secretariat of Missionary Evangelization of the province of the Bernardine Fathers. Its headquarters are located in Golgotha Zebrzydowska.

From the very beginning of its existence, the organization has supported Bernardine missionaries in their work and the projects they implement.

Challenge

As with many other non-profits, the main challenge has always been keeping record of many contacts and categorizing them. Along with this, it was also difficult to run and track email marketing campaigns by all these various segments we had.

Solution

Since we started working with Bitrix24, we have been able to track our donors and have better communication with them. We are able to track campaigns and see if they are effective. Also, projects which are granted by MUTIMA to various entites are recorded and easily tracked.

We were able to connect Bitrix24 with our website and payments online. Most of our goals were met, only we try now to finish some parts of the system like balances and reporting.
