Manda4 Jarvis IA is an AI-powered conversational journey platform for Bitrix24: a visual drag-and-drop Flow Builder where each client builds their own service bot, with no coding required. Combine AI and non-AI blocks in the same flow, with deep, native Bitrix24 integration.

Channels, connection and governance

Each bot connects to a Bitrix24 Open Channel (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), with support for Official WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API) and templates to reopen conversations after 24h. Voice service is also available, with AI voice over the phone through an integrated PBX (Beta). The bot respects configurable business hours, transfers to a queue/agent without interfering afterwards, and every conversation is available for auditing.
