Write first in WhatsApp PRO by IQteco is a two-way WhatsApp ↔ Bitrix24 integration that moves all WhatsApp conversations into Open Channels with proper routing, team collaboration, and full CRM history. Support operators work fr om the familiar Bitrix24 chat, while sales can start the first WhatsApp message directly from any CRM card(“Write first”). Set-up takes a few minutes with a QR code.

What’s required

  • Open Channel configured in Bitrix24 (the app will help bind a number to a line).

  • Application permissions:

    • Mandatory: imopenlines (Open Channels).

    • Optional (to unlock extra features like auto-fill, deeper CRM automation): crm, im, user.

How it connects (architecture)
  • You authorize your WhatsApp profile by scanning a QR code in the app.

  • The connector securely relays messages between WhatsApp and Bitrix24 Open Channels; dialogs and files are stored in your Bitrix24 CRM according to your account settings.

Limitations & notes
  • Not an official WhatsApp Business API; works via a linked device session. Keep the WhatsApp phone online for steady delivery.

  • No unsolicited bulk messaging: follow WhatsApp terms, local laws, and opt-in best practices; heavy spam may lead to rate-limits or blocks.

  • Large files follow WhatsApp limits; voice/video calls are not handled by the connector.

  • One WhatsApp instance should be bound to one Open Line for predictable routing.

  • The app processes message content and metadata solely to deliver and log chats in Bitrix24.
