ThinkZap: WhatsApp integrated with Bitrix24

ThinkZap connects your WhatsApp numbers to Bitrix24. Conversations arrive in Open Channels and are recorded in the CRM. Your team can handle conversations, automate processes, and keep track of everything without leaving Bitrix24.

Two connection types, in the same tool

• WhatsApp Web (QR code): connect in minutes by scanning the QR code with your phone. Works with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business and allows you to manage groups.
  
• Official WhatsApp (Meta API): a Meta-verified connection set up directly within Bitrix24, with approved templates and button support.
  

You can have multiple lines in the same account, combining both connection types. Each line has its own subscription.

Customer Service in Bitrix24

• Messages arrive in Open Channels and follow the queue and distribution rules of the Contact Center.
  
• Conversations appear in tabs within Lead, Deal, Contact, and Company cards.
