Integration features between the Moldcell Virtual PBX and Bitrix24:
• One-click calling;
• Pop-up client cards for inbound calls;
• Automatic creation of leads and deals for calls from new numbers;
• Routing of inbound calls to responsible managers based on the calling customer;
• Automatic call recording linked to the client’s details form ("card");
• Call analytics for each employee, department, contact, and deal;
• Receive calls directly in the Bitrix24 interface — the manager will get a notification about the incoming call and can answer it right from the call card;
• Manage calls through the widget — transfer calls to colleagues, put calls on hold, or mute the microphone during a conversation;
• Call customers and colleagues from the Bitrix24 chat — just one click to start a call.
