Application independently developed by Advocacia Escalável (Engel Tecnologia Ltda). This is not an official ZapSign integration, nor a product developed, maintained or endorsed by ZapSign. ZapSign is a registered trademark owned by ZapSign, used here solely to identify this solution's compatibility.
Signatures with ZapSign connects Bitrix24 to ZapSign (zapsign.com.br), an electronic signature platform with legal validity in Brazil (Law 14.063/2020, MP 2.200-2, ICP-Brasil). Send the PDFs attached to your deals for signature without leaving the CRM, track the status of each signature, and automatically receive the signed documents back on the deal.
How it works:
1. Install the app and connect your ZapSign account on the Settings screen (API token).
2. Choose, among your pipeline's fields, which ones receive the status, the signing links, the PDFs to send, and the signed PDFs returned.
3. Add the "Send for signature" automation rule to your pipeline automation, at the desired stage.
4. Done — every deal that reaches tits documents sent for signature, and the result comes straight back to the deal.
