Prerequisites

An active Chat360 account. Sign up here if you don’t already have one

WhatsApp Business number for customer interactions.

Generate Your API Key

Log in to your Chat360 account
Navigate to Settings → Keys to find your API key

Install the Chat360 Bitrix24 Market App

In Bitrix24, search and install the Chat360 app
When prompted, enter the API key from Chat360

Configuration

Choose the WhatsApp Business number registered with Chat360, to use for customer interactions under the WhatsApp Business Tab

Using Chat360 within the CRM

In your Bitrix24 CRM (Deals, Leads, or Contacts), open the Chat360 Live Chat widget placed in the toolbar
Initiate two-way communication using your Chat360 WhatsApp Business number
All conversations will be logged against the corresponding Deal, Lead, or Contact in the activity
Consolidated Chat360 conversations into a single “Live Chat” tab.
Manage access controls for sending chat notifications and viewing live chat sessions.

Bot Registration & Unread Message Updates

A bot will be automatically registered during installation
This bot will send unread message updates directly to your WhatsApp Business number

full access: view, create, edit and delete leads, contacts, companies, deals, invoices, quotes, activities, user fields etc.

Tasks

full access: view, create, edit and delete tasks, check lists, comments, files, dependencies, costs; view, create, edit and delete stages

Users (basic)

read user list and contact information

Message import

full access: add chats, messages and users

Messaging service

full access: view, create, edit and delete message providers; read messages submitted for sending

Commercial catalog

full access: add, edit and delete commercial catalog, prices, products, estimates, warehouses etc.

Application embedding

full access: view, create, edit and delete widgets

Chat and Notifications

full access: view, create, edit and delete chats and messages; connect users to chats; edit chats; read all chat messages

Creating and managing Chat bots

full access: view, create, edit and delete chatbots and their commands and messages; connect chatbots to chats; edit chats; read all chat messages

Instant system messages (without access to service user channel)
