Ringio is a hosted PBX solution that is based in Washington DC. Even though it’s not nearly as well-known as other cloud PBX vendors, it’s been on the market for over 7 years and is a very well-rounded solution that comes with every feature one would expect from call center software. Ringio reviews aren’t easily found on the internet, likely due to small user base.

There are a few drawbacks to using Ringio. The obvious one is price – at $25-$55 per user per month, it’s not exactly cheap. The second one is that rather than developing it’s own fully featured CRM, Ringio decided that providing integrations with other CRM systems (Salesforce, Highrise, Zoho) is the way to go. And while Ringio interface isn’t from the 90’s, it’s not modern either.
