Using Bitrix24 as free Insightly Alternative
Insightly is one of the most popular cloud CRM systems, created specifically for small businesses. It has a limited free plan for up to 2 users and its paid plans start at modest $29/user/mo (billed annually). However, Insightly charges additional $299-$1299/mo (10 000 contact included) for the marketing module. And $29-$99/per agent/mo for the service module.
There is no comprehensive project management (no scrum, gantt charts, kanban boards for tasks) and the document management is quite limited. Insightly is mainly sales and marketing oriented solution with workflow automation options. No HRMS, KM and team collaboration suite is quite basic (yes, there is a list of integrations available via app connect, but the price for this connector starts from $249/mo with 25 000 tasks/mo limit).
Finally, Insightly doesn't have the self-hosted edition that you can put on your server.
