Dear Bitrix24 users,
Our team is constantly working on improving and upgrading Bitrix24 platform and its services. We are now glad to present the new Bitrix24 all-in-one Desktop app that combines your Bitrix24 account and Bitrix24 messenger.
Voice and video calls, chats, groups and projects, CRM, Webmail, Analytics, Bitrix24.Drive - all these cool Bitrix24 features can now be accessed from the Desktop app.
So what's new in the new Desktop app?

Two separate windows with your Bitrix24 account in one and chats the other

The ability to use the entire account options in one single application

A more intuitive toolbar

You can try the new version by upgrading the existing one in the Applications sections of your Bitrix24 account or the Bitrix24 website, and hope you'll like it as much as our team does.
In case you prefer classic Desktop version, you can always disable the two-window mode in the Settings section.

If you've already installed the Bitrix24 Desktop app, you'll be suggested to update it to the new version.
